			Viral pathogens:
				Bovine viral diarrhea virus (BVDV)
				Bovine herpes virus type 1 (IBR)
				Bovine corona virus (BCoV)
				Bovine influenza virus (BIV)
                                Bovine respiratory syncytial virus (BRSV)

		    	Bacterial pathogen:
				Mycoplasma bovis
			
		         Swabs must be submitted in one of the following:	         
                                 • 0.25 ml sterile saline
                                 • Viral transport media
                                 • Copan-Eswab system™

		          A gel bacterial swab is not acceptable
                          Cotton tipped and/or wooden shaft swabs are not ideal samples for PCR



                            Reported as Positive, Negative, Suspect with Ct values
